Community Engagement and Support Requests

Supporting Healthier Communities Together

At St. Mary’s Health Care System, we partner with community organizations to improve health, well-being, and access to care across Northeast Georgia. Support may include financial sponsorships, staff participation, educational outreach, in‑kind resources, or event collaboration.

Sponsorship Approval Criteria

While we strive to support as many requests as possible, we thoughtfully prioritize opportunities that align with our mission and values:

• Enhance community health and well-being
• Promote diversity and inclusion
• Support vulnerable and underserved populations

Before You Submit Your Request

Please note that at this time, we are unable to consider proposals for: individuals, schools, pageants, catastrophes, government initiatives, political campaigns, or brick-and-mortar projects.

To help us review your request as efficiently as possible, please keep the following in mind:

• Ensure your application is fully completed with accurate information
• Submit your request at least 90 days before your event or need
• If you have multiple events within the year, please combine them into one request to help us better understand your overall goals

We understand that unexpected needs may arise. While we will do our best to assist, funding for these requests depends on available resources.

• Financial sponsorships typically require at least 90 days for review. Requests for non‑financial or in‑kind support may be considered on a different timeline, depending on availability.
